Hi All,

Planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents. They unfortunately lost their old passport which had previous travel history to Canada and a few other countries. The visitor application is asking to provide copies of all visas and entry/exit stamps. Not sure how to proceed without the old passport.

Anyone faced a similar situation? Any other possible options for this situation?

Would really appreciate guidance from all knowledgeable forum members and thanks in advance.
