Visitor Visa Application from Malaysia

Hi, just curious what's the timeline for people who applied from Malaysia? I applied visitor visas for my parents online, got biometrics done and have not received any updates since January. This takes too long and I asked on the webform, they mentioned it's still under review. This is extremely absurd as it's not the first time my parents are applying for Canadian visa. The first time they applied, it took less than 2 weeks. Now it's more than 2 months.

Hi, I applied from Kuala Lumpur in Dec 2020 and received no news at all. I wrote to Singapore office and they advised me to reapply. I wanna know how long it takes to get the visa if I reapply. My purpose of travel is purely tourism. Kindly let me know how long it takes for you guys to obtain the visa. Thanks in advance!
