Visitor visa and Open Work Permit

Hi,

I came to canada on a work permit valid till 4-May-2013 and my wife came as dependant for me. I have applied a open work permit for my wife which is valid till 4-May-2013.

My company has extended my work permit and it is valid till 4-May-2015 and my wife also got her dependant visa extended till 4-May-2015.

Now I want to extend my wife's open work permit and I have few queries :

Please help me on applying for this process online?

Whwn I try to apply online it has below questions. Can someone please help.
What is your current immigration status in Canada?
Visitor or Worker

Since your wife has a valid open work permit, you can put "worker".
