Visitor visa acessment

Hi every one

My wife and I are from Angola in Africa

We are traveling to Europe this month
Got shegem visa
Planing to go till france and request a visitor visa for canada in paris
As we have no VAC in our home country
The plan is to travell for 10 days with our 2 years daughter

I work currently for Maersk a well known multinational company as a seafarer in permanent employee contrat

we have a small family business at home that my wife takes care
We have a Bank statement of savings with 19.000 CAD
We are legally married since 2015

Have a house that we are building in our home country .

Do you think applying from paris will have a positive or negative impact on our application ?

Any advice on our profile ?

What are the chances of being granted a tourist visa ?

If you want to apply you should be applying from Angola. I’m afraid chances are not great at being approved.

And just to mention that we Do not have any VAC in Angola its is required to travel to a coutry with VAC

You’ll have to look up what the process is in Angola. What is the purpose of your visit to Canada? Do you have family in Canada? Has your family travelled to Europe, US, Australia, etc. together for tourism before?

My friend just got his aproval on the same basis as me.
Angolans normaly apply online and go to the closest VAC for biometrics which is South Africa

1- we are a young couple with a child going for late honeymoon matching with my daughter birth Day. A trip that I owe my family since I was not able to go for honeymoon on the ocasion of our weeding

No family in canada

Have 1 trip to europe as family

You should certainly try but Canada is an unusual trip as 2nd trip. It is also unclear what kind of savings you have because Canada is expensive and any family shouldn’t spend a larg e portion of their savings on a short trip. The fact that you are travelling with your whole family also created concern.

I got your point actually it is good to receive a point of view of how the Imigration officer Might loock at my application

I think for canada even going alone there always something to be concerned about so its a matter of organising your profile as much as you can ( never be perfect enough) and go give it a try

And wait for your negative
Or your miracle

That is how it basicaly goes for every single one of applicants.
