Hi All,

I am a PR in CA and landed here just a month ago , unfortunately i missed to get visitor record for my 21 months old kid from Immigrations official and now i am not able to apply for OHIP without a VR (visitor record). Is there any way to get a VR now? Please let me know as it is becoming a serious issue in my family. Pls somebody help me !
