Visitor Record- work permit expired

Hi,

I have applied for my visitor record on November 11th 2024. My PGWP work permit expired on November 19th. Now I am in implied status and on January 13th I am flying back to my home country.

So once I leave Canada, do I need to proceed with the visitor record application if IRCC asked me to submit more documents for the processing of the visitor record I have applied for?

Send a webform to IRCC indicating that you have left Canada. That should minimize need for any other documentation.
