Visitor Record to Study Permit

Hi I just had a question, my pgwp was refused due to passing the 180 day time frame to apply, I received my completion documents on Dec 5th 2022. My study permit expired in March 2023. I am now here on a visitor record not visitor visa, is there a way to go back to a college.

Your need to reapply to a college and get admission. You need to show $20k minimum (if single) and pay first year tuition. Select a program that advances your education and gives career opportunities in home country. It is processed from home country.
