Visitor Record Refund

I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me with an issue I am having. Long story short, I recently applied for a visitor record to extend my status while awaiting a response on my PR application. Some time during the process of me apply, the application cost increased and I had to pay an additional $29, however, there was no option for me to pay anything but the full payment , which I did and then requested a refund. My issue arises after I noticed that I requested a refund for the wrong receipt, which I had to repay again, but now, the first original payment receipt is no longer available for me to request a refund on it. The system only shows the last two payments I made. Does anyone know how I would be able to go about requesting a refund in this case?
