So I am presently applying for a second extension to my visitor status. The IMM 5708 form asks for the number of my present visitor record. Where would I find this?
My visitor record has three numbers in the top corner:
A large red number in a box beginning DD, then 9 digits
A small black number below that beginning C, then 9 digits,
A smaller black number, next to "Application/Demande:", beginning V, then 9 digits
What should I enter into the IMM 5708? Also note that the form doesn't have room for DD + 9 digits (it cuts off at 10 characters), so does it just want the number without the leading letter?
