Visitor Record for Parents - Which Representative form to be used ?

Good Day All,

I am applying for a visitor record for my parents .

I have created my father's cic account and I am filling the application .My mother will be a applicant in father's profile.

My Question is - Should I fill a form IMM 5476 as I am representing both of them using father's profile ,and addition to this, add IMM 5713E asigned by my father as his account will be used for mothers application ?

1 set of IMM 5713E Form (for primary applicant your father)

Sir. I'm using the new IRCC portal and the "family representative section" is only stating the form imm5476. The imm5713 is indicated if you use the GC key portal.

Note: 3 of us are renewing visitors visa --> myself (representative) and my parents.

So I'm thinking of just submitting 2 imm5476 (for parents) on the "family representative section" since I'm the representative. Thoughts?

Sorry , I don't know much about new portal
yes thats good idea to submit 2 forms (one for each parent ) in this case via New Portal

guys quick question regarding representative form do we need to get the forms signed by parents or we can use their digital signs ?
