I applied to extend visitor record
I got medical exam letter and then I got approval mail just 4 days after and status updated on portal with extention of 6 months . Can any body knows , do I still need to do the medical exam? thanks.

yes, you need to do the medical. The extension is contingent on you completing the medical.
