Visitor Pending Employer Specific Work Permit Applied Inside Canada Planning to Go Home Country

Hi

I am currently in Canada holding a visitor visa and got an offer from an employer specific work permit (LMIA based work). Submitted my work permit application and is currently pending decision. Can I go back to my country while waiting for the work permit to be issued?

Sure but you must advise IRCC of your change of address/location.

You can attempt to but no guarantee of entry.
