Accompanying family member: A spouse, common-law partner, dependent child or grandchild of someone who is still dependent on their parent, who plans to immigrate to Canada with the principal applicant. Accompanying family members are included on the application.

My spouse was on PGWP and I was on SOWP. Applied for the LMIA (waiting on the decision) so applying visitor record again.
So, we need to apply separately right?

Should i say Yes in the answer? or no? if i say yes then it asks for family member proof of status, in that case what should i submit?

respected @canuck78 , i am sorry to ask this but i am really confused about it. My parents are in canada on their visitor visa and i am applying seperately for both of them from different accounts, two seperate application. They are visitors and accompying each other so that is why i am confused that is it yes or no ? someone told me that i have to say yes and then upload my pr card, my father's/mother's visitor visa stamp in " proof of family member status" document.
I apologize again but i am too much worried and that is why i am asking you to explain it to me a bit that why the answer is yes or no. I want to make sure that there is no misrepresentation in the application in anyway.
