hi im working temporarily here in canada my WP will expire on Nov 11,2010 my new emplyer had file for the LMO last Oct 12,2010 for the second time ( our first try had been refused) . Since I dont have the LMO yet should I apply for visitors visa or should I wait for the expiry of my WP and apply for restoration.
