Hi, i came to canada in january 2018 and im living with my Canadian girlfriend at her place. In January 2019 by hitting the 1 year mark we are officially in a common law relationship.
My question is: in the visitor extension application do I have to include the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law union form?
I didn't do it in my past extension because I wasn't common law. Do I have to do it now?
Another small question: I sent a couple of passport photos in my previous application, do I have to send more photos for this new application as well?
I'm from a visa exempt country.

Ok I found out that I need to include that form.
The reason for my extension is to have more time to apply for sponsorship and gather more proof of our common law relationship.
We officially entered the common law union in january and right now the only thing we have is my name on the internet bill.
