Visitor extension approved

Hi guys i need your help .. i recently applied for my visitor extension and i got approved but asked for the medical ... but my extention has approved till 23rd feb 2019 and asked me to go through medical within 30 days .. and i got this message on 23rd jan .. so i only have 30 days approval .. is there a point to go through medical ... or can i apply for my extension again after going through medical exam ?

I summited by paper on Oct 25 but i have not received anything.

Your extended stay was approved subject to the condition that you must do your medicals.

You were on implied status until you received a decision. Depending on their assessment of your reason to extend your stay, IRCC allowed you an extension until 23rd February. You are free to apply for another extension. It could be approved if you have a strong reason to want to stay
