I have a question for my mother. I'm currently on a work permit. My mother holds a visitor visa. She is fully-vaccinated with Sinopharm (Beijing). As I heard starting November 30, Sinopharm will be accepted by Canada. Can she enters Canada without any Authorization Letter?
