Hi,
I will be visiting India in next couple of months, and will be traveling back to Canada from New Delhi via Zurich.
I was wondering if it's possible to do some site seeing while transiting from Zurich. I have about 6.5 hrs layover. Do I need to apply for a visa before hand?
Thanks
6.5 hour layover doesn't allow for sightseeing. You'll need to go through customs, getting your luggage and the check in again and go through security. That is easily 3-4 hours.

True. And, it looks like visa will be required as well.

The airport is not in Zurich itself..takes another 30 minutes each way by taxi to the center and back.
