Visiting Visa to Canada from USA

Hi Guys,

Does anyone here know the process to apply for a Visit visa from USA to Canada, the present status of the American visa is f1, which is a student visa since a year. so what would be the best possible way or the process for apply a visiting visa to Canada. And how long would the time frame be.

Any help is very much appreciated.
