If I have violated the Canadian Residency Requirement (2 Years in Canada out of 5 Years) and if my PR Card is still valid till 2012.

Can I use the PR Card to Travel to Canada as a visitor?
 
As far as the Card is Valid you can enter Canada.

lets wait for seniors.

btw how have you violated PR.
 
In order to maintain the PR status, one has to spend 2 years in a span of 5 years in Canada. I landed on 19Dec2006 and never went to Canada again. My PR card expires jan 2012.
