Visiting canada covid restrictions info

Hello all. Hope all good . Need some info. I am a srilankan national. Loving and working in paris . I got a canada trv as a visitor on 2019 and didnt travel. So i am going to travel april 15 from paris to toronto and stay 5 days and return to paris. My question is i am fully vaccinated with 3 doses . I got my last moderna 3rd vaccine on 31 jan 2022. So can i visit cananda as a visitor these days because of covid? If yes what else do you need online forms or anything. ? And my passport expires on jan 2023 and my canada trv too. I thinks thats not a problem to visit canada on april this months . Thanks bye
