I just came back from India, went there for 30 days to visit my wife, Wondering if I should send my photos and visit proof to New Delhi Visa office?

Would it be a wise thing to do ?

No. If they ask you for additional proof ,then send them .
 
I also asked our lawyer after my last trip if we should sent the info. She said no, only if they ask.
 
If there is an interview, they will want additional proof of contact since the time the application was sent in, so your wife can show the photos and additional proof of the trip then.
