Hi ,is it better to apply through the gckey or the new irrc portal for a visit visa .My father will be applying as his earlier visit visa which expired last December as his passport had to be renewed .He has travelled to Canada earlier couple of times .Also do I have to show my funds or only his as he will be applying showing his ties and funds .Thanks
