Hi

I have applied for my PR (spouse visa) n the 29th of Jan 2018. Once I get the file number, I'm planning to apply for a visit visa. Is there any chance of rejection o my visit visa ?

Yes - there's a significant chance your visitor visa will be refused since CIC knows you have a Canadian spouse and have plans to remain in Canada long term. Having said that - by all means apply - some people get lucky.
