I had already applied for visit visa for Canada for 4 times and got rejected, the last rejection was in Aug 2013. Now i am planing to apply for LMO visa (LMO expecting in a week). do I get the visa? or should i take any steps further..please advise.

You can try - but with four refusals already on record it may be quite difficult for you to get a work permit approved. Make sure you include a great deal of evidence that proves you have strong ties to your home country.
