Visit Visa refused

Hi everyone, I wanted to ask for an advice if someone could help me. I applied my father and brother visitor’s visa last year Nov.2022 but their visas got refused. I think because my brother that time doesn’t have work, the main purpose for him is just to accompanied my father because he is a senior citizen. We provided their bank cert, employee cert of my father and also me& my husband provided our banks cert,PR card, ko Employment cert etc.Now, I wanted to reapply for my father’s visa only him this time, how will I response to the refusal grounds? The refusal letter state; length of stay is inconsistent,not financially established in county of residence,assets and financial
