Hi all,
Hope to get some advise regarding my visit visa refusal. I applied on 30th May and biometrics was done on 6th June from India. Got my refusal yesterday.
I am 34 years old and single, currently employed in private company since almost 5 years in same company. I live with my parents and grand mother.
My sibling sister is married in living in Canada since 7 years and currently on PR status since 3 years.

Reason of refusal -
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/ section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application

Documents attached
Last six months pay slips
Employment letter (job offer letter)
Bank balance certificates (total CAD16000 approx in saving accounts) on my name only
Fixed Deposit (total CAD11000 approx) on my name only
Property valuation report (total CAD112000 approx) on my name only
Gold value certificate (total CAD22000 approx) on my name only
CA report - net worth certificate which includes all above.
Affidavit of support from my parents and grand mother
Invitation letter from my sibling sister and brother in law in Canada and their bank details, job details etc

I have applied for GCMS notes. Is it worth reapplying or not sure what to do? Financial asset issue - How much do we need to show roughly? Significant ties in India - Parents, property, Job is it not enough?

Please share suggestion, thank you all in advance :)

Order GCMS notes. How long was visit? Unfortunately being single makes it difficult to get an approved TRV.

Funds: Siblings/BIL bank statements and jobs are not relevant. Not sure why your parents and grandmother provided an affidavit of support. Cash in the bank is what IRCC considers so the $16k. Not knowing length of visit, IRCC wants you to not only be able to afford visit plus airfare but not use all savings.

Family ties: You don’t have family ties to return as parents/grandparents are not ties according to IRCC.

Temporary status: Did the job letter have approved leave? Is it income property? If so show rental agreements so you must return to college rent.

Travel history: Do you have US, UK, NZ or AUS travel history? If so include all this information in your letter of invitation. Countries share information and you can say that you have abided by the immigration laws of those countries.

Funds - Decided to reunite with family and celebrate canada day so it was 14 days of stay. I hired RCIC lawyer from canada who asked me to get affidavit done of parents and grand mother.

Job letter - it was the offer letter from when I got the job so backdated to 2019 and recent pay slips. Property is where I live with my parents, its on my name. No other rental income. Just salary from job since last 5 years in same company.

Travel history - I studied in UK from 2007 to 2012 and came back before my visa expired. No other travel history.
previous refusals - Canada in 2018 with same reason and USA in 2015.

Covering letter was written by immigration lawyer in Canada.

Ordered GCMS notes today - how long roughly it takes?
Is it worth travelling to Europe and UK first then apply for Canada next year?

A few issues. Job offer level from 2019 is not helpful. Get a current letter which indicates approved leave time. Did you purchase your home or was it transferred to you through family? If so when? Have you ever attempted to immigrate or work abroad? Do your parents have any immigration history with Canada? Have they visited for an extended period of time?

Thanks. I purchased home back in 2018. I have never attempted to work or immigrate abroad. I studied in UK 2007 to 2012 and came back after finishing my degree. My parents never tried to immigrate to anywhere in world. They went to UK in 2005 for one month and then never travelled anywhere. They are over 65 years of age now.

Provide proof of home ownership since that creates a tie.
