Visit Visa Process From Pakistan

I am new to this forum please help if you can, I applied Canadian Visit Visa online from my brother behalf, in April 3rd 2016. So far nothing yet. The problem is My brother and his family visiting US in Mid of May, flights confirmed, when I applied processing time was 35 days from Pakistan and now it increased to 44 days. So I want to know is it possible file could be transfer to New York or Chicago embassy or is there any way to expedite the application process.
