Visit visa process after Sep 7th 2021.

Hi all,

I have done with biometrics for for my parents for visit visa on April 21st 2021, but no update yet. I heard applications submitted before Sep.7th 2021 need to be reapplied in new IRCC portal. Just curious to know how about the earlier application? Do they process it r we have to reapply? Also refund is not guaranteed and we have to pay the fee again. There is no information/message in my GCKey account. Anybody on the same page?
