i applied for avisit visa from uganda through dar el salam. my sponsor was called but no response yet til now tracking status is.....Visa application, tracking ID No.20190124.............xxxxx is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, Tanzania.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

You wont get much from the tracking ID. You can try linking your application to a gckey account. Then you will be able to see what stage your application is at
