I am looking for some advise from seniors on this forum.
I would like my parents to come to Canada during the month of march.
Both my parents and my younger brother (14 yrs) have residence UAE visa . My brother and mom visit UAE every 6 months, my dad has to fly in every month from Pakistan to Dubai.
1. Is it advise able to apply visit visa from dubai, because time span for Dubai is shorter.
2. Should I apply by brothers visa along with my parents, I just don't want to end up in a situation that due to my brothers application my parents get rejected.
3. I wnat to apply for normal multiple visit visa for my parents. Is there chance of rejection compared to supervisa?
Your parents must apply from the country where they can demonstrate stronger ties such as property ownership, employment or business, family, etc.
If your parents visit the UAE for short visits then they should apply from Pakistan. Don't go by the processing time. The objective is to get TRVs by proving strong reasons to leave Canada.
Do you have other siblings or dependent grandparents who live with your parents and brother? Is your brother studying in Pakistan? Has he visited other countries (not just the UAE)?
It's not possible for anyone to guess the chances of approval/rejection for TRVs and super visas. It all depends on the personal situation and evidence submitted
