I am going to apply for visit visa in Canada; however air ticket and hotel bookings are required. Since this is an application, I am not sure if I may be granted a visa, would it be okay if I present a dummy air ticket booking and a confirmed reservation for the hotel? Please advise if it is possible. In UK when I applied, I just submitted a dummy air ticket/ booking but it works, I was given twice tourist multiple visa. Would it work in Canada visit visa application?
It's always advisable to NOT buy plane tickets until a visa is issued. So, yes, you can include provisional bookings/flighty itinerary and mention that you will book tickets when the TRV is issued

Q1. Do I need to furnish the fund in CAD $ equivalent?
Q2. Is air ticket mandatory to show, because I prefer to buy tkts post visa approval?
Q3. Can I apply in my log-in (read GC a/c) or my wife needs to open a new GC a/c for herself & apply from there, for her as well as for our child?
Q3. How much to show minimum as a fund for 2 dependents ( spouse & kid)?
Q4. On visitor visa, my child should be able to get enrollment in school,even without having student permit for himself,is my understanding correct?
