visit is visa process taking more than 3 months is that normal?

Have any one of you had a similar issue ?
Applied for a visit is online August 10th 2019
Bio-metrics letter September 13.
Submitted my biometrics September 18.
Now 20 January 2020. I still haven't heard or received any information or updates on my application since my Biometrics was updated.
All it states on my profile is:
We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Is that normal ?

Where did you apply from? Was it online?
Mine was trv online since 29th of July 2019 from Nigeria.

Which kind of visa did you applied for ? I applied for PGWP same day aug10 and me also waiting till now. No updates..

Thank you! I have passed the processing time frame for my country of residence and I also send the web form and haven't gotten any respond.

I have sent a web from and they replied that your file is under process and we will finalize it soon. It has been 15 days and i am still waiting. Too much stress for me don’t know what’s gonna happen..
