Visistor record IMM5708 question!

Hi guys,

My three years PGWP will be expire in next month, but entry visa will expire next year. I believe if I need to stay in Canada to wait for my ONPNP then I need to apply visitor record.

for IMM5708E-Application to change conditions, extend my stay or remain in Canada as a visitor or temporary resident permit holder

-Question 3: I am applying for one or more of the following: (Which one i should choose?)

**Extension of my temporary resident status
** restoration of temporary resident status as a visitor
**Initial temporary resident permit or extension or temporary resident permit.

-Details of visit to Canada:
1. the purpose of my visit- should I choose other and saying that I am waiting for PNP application result? or Tourism?

-Do I have to attached a letter of explanation?
