Visa was approved

My study visa got approved on 27 Feb'20 and on the same date i submitted my passport with the request letter. So how much time it takes to get delivered at given address.In addition to this my online application stills shows 'Submitted status' Though, it was approved. Reviewing of eligibility and Background Check are still not updated.Kindly assist me with these querry.
