i am now about to start my study(first time)I just Got my study visa and it expires 2months before the start date(new LOA)of my school resumption.
i defered my program from January to September 2023
the visa expires in June 2023.
i want to know if I can go before the visa expires or it’s a problem.

Inform IRCC that you have deferred your start date.
IMO, if you travel now and present your old LOA, you are misrepresenting and this could earn you a ban. If you travel more than one month before your actual start date, you may or may not be allowed to enter (totally up to the CBSA officer). There are a lot of cases in this forum about students travelling too early and got rejected at the point of entry. A few got in without a problem, though.

The only reply I get when i send the web form is that the message has been received.
If I may ask,if the CBSA officer ask for the reason am coming early won’t he see that staying longer would render the visa invalid.
As per the validity period which expires in June do I wait until it expires because it’s more than 2months to my program start date.

Usually (but not always), the reason for entry refusal when coming in early is how the student would support himself/herself. Students cannot start working if classes have not started yet. Rent would eat up most of your budget, depending on Province/City you live. Unless you have a relative you can crash in while waiting.
If I were you, I would get a new counterfoil stamped on my passport to be on the safe side. You still have plenty of time before the September semester start.
Thanks for your assistance I really appreciate it
I have actually sent countless emails including web forms but not gotten any reply on steps to take next.
