Visa Type for a dependent child of Work permit applicant

I just got nominated under the PNP immigration pathway with a support letter to apply for my work permit while the PR Is being processed. Now, I'm applying for the work permit but I am not sure what visa type I should select for my 2-year old dependent(Visa - tourism? Visa - all types, study visa?). I can apply for an open work permit for my spouse but it seems a study visa for my child requires admission to a Canadian school.

A two year old doesn’t need a study permit (and doesn’t require admission to a school) so apply for visitor visa. Select all types.

I know I mentioned that I'm applying for open work permit for my spouse but I'm wondering what the immigration officer will consider is an acceptable answer for Purpose of Travel - Other (required)? I'm not sure what document to upload since it's compulsory. Or just use select visitor visa - all types as well?

If not in Canada, Other is reunite with family.
