is it possible to get a visa in an emergency situation. a family member has passed away and we've been calling the Canadian embassy in Singapore but they don't entertain visa enquiries. i am a malaysian passport holder. we have not gotten any information about possibilities to process a visa in an emergency situation. normal procedure would take 2weeks apparently.
