Hello
I am a lawyer in India - I do not deal in immigration law in India. I have a group of 10 clients who want to invest in Canada and take PR. Some of them have over 400,000 CAD, while a 2 of them have less than 100,000 CAD. But they all want to come to Canada as a group. The ones who have lesser funds are not relatives of others. They are all businessmen.
My question is whether they should apply for business visa or investor visa? Also, whether it is possible to buy property in cash in Canada?

They don't qualify for temporary business visas. These are for individuals who are coming to Canada temporarily (e.g. a few days) on business. It's not for people who want to buy a business and immigrate to Canada.
The Federal Investors program is no longer open. People who apply under this program must have a net worth of at least $10 million.
Information about Canada's immigration programs can be found in the link below:

Your clients should research the Start Up Visa program They can also look into each Provincial Nominee program to see which ones have investor programs and what it takes to apply.
They will each have to qualify and apply to come to Canada individually - not as a group.
