Hi everyone

I'm currently having problem with stamping Visa on my Passport. My Mom got cancer and i planned going back to my country. I had applied for a new Visa online and got approved, CIC requested me to send my passport over for visa stamping. Unfortunately, My Mom's state was getting worse so quick, so i decided to leave earlier before it's too late, and I did not have enough time to send my passport for stamping. Right now, I'm in Viet Nam and my passport does have Visa stamped on yet. In the approval letter it's said that I have to send my passport within 30 days or it will be considered as refusal. I have tried to contact Canada embassy in VietNam and they told me to wait around 24 days for final decision. My question is: should I send my passport oversea to the office in Canada, gets it stamp and my friend will send it back to VietNam. Is that legal or not? Or should i keep waiting for decision in VietNam? The worst case is, they wont accept it and I will have to reapply again in VietNam. By the time, my application will be considered as refusal and it may lead to hardness in my applications later on.

Is there anyone here had the same situation like mine before? what was your solution? and can you give me some advice please

Thank you in advance!
