If i will apply for a tourist visa for a single entry then lets say that i will stay for only 2 weeks(but my real plan is seeking for employers and extend my stay there). How long my visa will be effective? for just 2 weeks that stated to the invitation to me or 6 m0nths? thanks for ur future replies

It depends on the officer when you enter. It is possible that you would be given 6 months, or less. Your ties to home country, your funds and your plans all add in to it.
