Hello, I am Algerian I’m 21 years old and I’m interested a study visa in college because I don’t have a Baccalaureate . I have been refused a tourist visa before and I have two guarantors my father in Algeria and my maternal uncle in Canada .
What do you advise me ??

What do you mean by guarantor? For a study permit, you need expand your current job and education to justify costs, show ties to home country and funds to pay tuition and living expenses.. You need to research public post secondary schools in Montreal.

So you show the bank accounts of your father and uncle. The funds show that money have been in their accounts for 3 months that can support your studies. IRCC doesn’t have to consider your uncle’s funds as he is not considered an immediate nor extended family.
