Ten years before, I was rejected Business Visa with UK once and there is a marking in my old passport from UK consulate. Please let me know whether I should say yes or no for the following question in the PR application.
Has ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:
I have similar scenario, that I has Singapore Visa rejected last year.
I do not have any information or reason for rejection neither is there any stamp on my passport nor any other document. Just one email from the Visa agent that your visa has been rejected by Singapore authorities.
What should I submit for the following question ?

But do I need to provide any explanation for the reason of rejection and if so then how ?
Basically, I was supposed to travel for training and I applied just one week before training, however, their required time is atleast 03 weeks. So, in my understanding by the time my visa application went for review, the said training dates were already passed and hence they reject the application. Since, now I didn't have any purpose to go Singapore.
But this is just my understanding and I have no official document from Singapore authorities.
so, I am confused, how to go about it.
I will mention, Yes and mention the country Singapore and provide dates in the following manner.
