VISA REJECTION

I applied for visa with my kids as dependant. I submitted property documents, bank statement of my husband and father with an amount sufficient for all of us. But unfortunately visa got rejected, mentioned below is the reason for it.

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several fa ctors, including purpose of visit.
Other reasons:
your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous
studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available, language
abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Pls. advise what can i do now.

I applied for BBA and I have completed BBA already in UAE.

u answered ur question ur self.... BBA after BBA , doesnt prove that ur an authentic student, u should pics courses that demonstrate progression... or u should have a strong enuf SOP wich explains why ur picking the couse , or why r u repeating the same course...
if it convinces the VO u have ur visa....

why did you apply for BBA again nadia ! even for your ownself, it's just waste of money and time ...

i'm qutie sure you can apply and get admission to master's / mba programs in canada... which is much better...

and do one thing, dont apply for visa of your spouse at the same time...

just ask for yourself, after you get, then ask for your spouse coz that would make problem of your issues of not returning from canada...

and try to get admission to any university.....

i did the same.... though waiting for result...

that's better... then, i think you have to show good master's in good uni...

if you are employed, then try to get a letter from your employer for study leave...

If I may ask, why did you apply with 3 kids? It looks like you're trying to start a new life there rather than study. Who will take care of the kids while you study for example?

did you provide sufficient information about your kids' school? funding? living? expense of kids' funding?

did you show which school they would go to? your research on those?

those are required.

I ask her the same.. may be she should show the living and schooling expenses of kids also... and there was course selection issue also....

your case was very strong but you did a major mistake!!!! after BBA you should have chosen master program or PGD .... Y did you chose BBA again instead of other programs??? any ways apply again and this time change your program

This is a MUST issue ... Kid's schooling and their expenses and baby sitting issue ...

I am already a graduate but i select a diploma instead of PG diploma.. because i did not find any post graduate diploma in the area i was looking for there were either diplomas or advance diplomas... and selecting diploma after graduation is to cover the advance areas of some of the things which are now most integral part of my profession but was not taught in the graduation .... i applied in animation... which is an important part of studies as a designer but was not taught in graduation so i select the diploma so that i can add on in my professional career and there was no masters available also in animations......... though i have a strong sop in which i also stated some of the things i metion here but sometime when these kind of issues comes i also think _ve...... but i have to be +ve!!!
