Visa Rejection Explanation

My visa got rejected on the basis of :

have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees
for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue

Can anyone explain this please. Although I showed more than enough amount in the bank statement.

Did you pay tuition fees? Was the funding sponsored by parents? Did you attach 3 Ur income tax file to prove Ur source of income?

Yes I did paid tuition fees of $ 2500 CAD. Funding was sponsored by sibling. No, income tax file was not attached.
