its a perfect match ~! but dunno why am going through this ! ! ! but applying again for the forth time with a Visa recommendation letter from the university of manitoba as the university told they will issue a letter to the high commission stating that they have given me the admission seeing all the eligibility points .... and also stating that there is not study missmatch ...., dunnoo if it will work ! !! ! !

yeah U of M is one hell of a cooperative university.
Good luck.

But i don't think the CHC will pay any heed to that letter, am telling you this on my past experiences.
Try to change your profile or hire a visa consultant.

I thought Univ of Manitoba was pretty decently ranked. This rejection is a surprise to me. Looks like luck is becoming more and more of a factor in getting canada study permits.

But please do post your full profile (background, IELTS, program applied to, funds shown).

Unfortunately, a letter from the university is not enough if you don't correct the reasons for rejection. First, you should apply for caips/gcms notes - they contain notes made by visa officers about your file. See these: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf and http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp

If you are outside Canada, you have to apply for it under the Access to Informaction Act through a representative. The representative must be a canadian citizen, permanent resident or present in Canada. Read section C and D.

yea but i have corrected each and every small thing after my first two rejection ... changed my university , related course , and gave supporting documents for everything ... but now again back to the square same reason " you proposed studies are not in the light of ............ "
