hello guys,
i got my visa rejected yesterday under spp due to financial reasons.
can i apply again under general category by next week. Or should i wait for the caips notes and then refile it in march for may intake. please suggest

i paid my whole fees and took a loan of 6 lacs from bank.........
10-82.7%(icse)
12-85%(cbse)
btech -ece-(70%)
ielts 7
what should i do...should i get caips notes first and then arrange fresh doc acc to it or should i reapply by 6-8th dec increasing my loan amount.....which option is safer wait for next intake?

what is the reason that they have mentioned ? tel me. finance is not a reason as u paid full fees and 6 lakh rupees loan is ok as it is more than 10K $.

the course is project management 1yr with internship in centennial college
reasons-
I am not satisfied that you sufficient and available financial resources without working in canada to pay the tution fees for the program or course that intend to pursue
I am not satisfied that you have available financial resource without workng in canada to maintain yourself and any other family member accompnyng you during your study time period
I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available finacial resources without wrkng in canada to pay to costs of transporting yourself.

these were the reasons mentioned nothing else.
now what should i do.

show them your parents ITR. more LOAN and your property and loan. how much family income u mentioned in the form ?

dad's-4,20,612
mom's-2,27,568

and by how much amount should i increase my loan
secondlu, it would take 2-3 days to get a new loan letter , by that time do i have a chance to reapply again under general (problem of time limit i.e. latest by 1st dec)
or should i call it off this time and call out for CAIPS notes and then reapply again in march for may session
please guide

family income is ok. i dont know why they rejected. Do one thing increase the loan amount if you have fds. show property and gold valuation letter. and write power pack SOP stating that you have enough funds to complete your studies. you will get the visa for sure.

ok.. but will it be safe to apply by next week latest by 8th or 9th

or should i go for the second option as mentioned earlier reagrding may intake

as i dun want to take any chances this time . if they reject visa again then what will i do.

V.O changes every time. if in case one officer rejects your file then in next turn your file will be verified by some other visa officer. As far as finance is concerned. you have already paid the fees. and 6 lakhs = $10000 CAD, this is what they have asked for. the course is of 1 year and you have sufficient finance for your expenses over there. I do not see any other reason for rejecton. put your file once again with power pack SOP stating that you have sufficient finance. show ITR of your parents. you will get through.

there is also a chance for course mismatch...BE(ece) to project mgmt?!?(sorry if i wrongly said)..but they l not tell sometimes directly for the genuine reason of refusal.
