visa rejected under spp, need help

visa rejected under SPP.

Reason : "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or future prospects and plans".

my educational profile.
Btech EEE 58.6%, 2011, 13 backlogs
inter 74%, ssc 68 %
IELTS 6.5 None less than 5.5
Course opted. Electrical engg. tech. 2 years Diploma.
Mohawk college.

files submitted under spp
1 year tution paid fee . 12100 cad
loan letter 9 lakhs
agricultural income 4 laks per year
6 months bank statement..

Now, should i apply for Caips to know the exact reason for rejection.
im thinking to drop again under general. But somewhere i got a negative feeling to not to file again.
Any help appreciated..

Wht I feel from your profile is they rejected based on your qualifications and your course selection....this 13 backlogs they consider as your not qualified for course

caips di koi faida ni honnaa...............time and paise waste....................if u wanne apply for canada.........just go for may intake in generic.......and go for some advance diploma or better is should take project management .......bcoz u alreeady did bachelor or u should go for unversity programe.....

@pkg Sry to hear about your visa refusal. I think u shld try for Sep 2013 intake, as u have good IELTS Score so instead of applying for Diploma go for Graduate Certification and try to apply in some other college.

Most of the students applied on and after 30 nov got the same Refusal reason....

Now i'm confused whether to apply again or not.
becoz there is no May intake to the college i applied...

my first mistake was believing some consultancy guys.. and blindly following him.
anyway there was my mistake too... and things happened, even luck is not in my favor.
no may intake for the college i applied..

As you have Electrical stream, Its hard to good courses for electrical under may intake.
You can wait till September intake, but apply as early as possible.
