Visa Rejected for january,2019 intake

Hello,

I got my offer letter from fanshawe college in Information security for January,2019 intake. After submitting the fees and GIC i applied for student visa on 12/October/2018.

Yesterday i got Visa refusal, for this reason

Other reasons:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous
studies, missing marks sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your
future prospects and plans.



My Profile is as follows:
10th : 60%
Diploma : 65% with 3 Backlogs
Degree : 70% no backlog

I was also rejected with same reason nw dont knw hw to proceed further. Since my college starts on 3rd Jan
