Today my friend was rejected her student visa after a long period of uncertainty. For over three weeks she was waiting a request for her medical exams. Today she received a letter that her visa was rejected because she did not provide her medical exams within 30 days of her request. However, she never received a request for her medical exams. In fact, I believe that there was a problem/glitch with the IRCC's system because whenever she logged onto her portal there was a message displaying that her medical exams were being reviewed without even receiving a request for them. She applied back in May and it is now the 17th of July and the start of her classes is nearing. She has now submitted a new application; is there something she can do to speed up the process, maybe including a letter of explanation in the "additional documents" section? I feel really sorry for her because she helped me with my application for student visa and I did get it.

You don't have upload medical reports. They will give you upfront medical confirmation with Barcode and your photo on it. Just upload that.
Always good

I cannot upload anything because their status shows" no medical exam needed" so no portal or anything is available. Even though I actually need the exam.
